We are delighted to offer FREE shipping on all of our orders. Items are shipped within time frame specified under product description. Due to customization some items may take longer to arrive. Vivian Jewelers will accept, for exchange, items that are in new condition, unused, and free of damages by the customer. Any custom made name jewelry is not eligible for exchange. For eligible exchanges, mail out your item to our headquarters within 7 days from the receipt of original order to VIVIAN JEWELERS at 615 S college St, FL9 Charlotte NC 28202. Items must be returned in their original packaging and sales receipt. All sales are final, EXCHANGE ONLY. NO REFUNDS.
